    Welcome to the AYSO Sections 2, 9, and 12 EXPO!

    You will need to create an account with the site before you are able to register. You can add the name of the company contact and then answer a few questions then you are in! Should you need help please contact Duston Denver at sd@aysosection2.org with screenshots of your issues. 
     
    VENDOR EVENT DAYS AND HOURS: 
     
    The EXPO is a 1 day event on February 22, 2023.
     
    We will be offering 6ft tables for Saturday to visit with our volunteers. A Single Table is $650 and a Double Table is $1,300. Please choose the box that will correspond with what you are needing for your company. 
     
    VENDOR SET UP:
     
    Vendor set up on Saturday morning from 6-8am. Saturday Vendor Showcase is from 8am-4:30pm. Vendor tear down is from 5pm-7pm. 
     
    Please note, If you choose to setup Friday evening, the space is an open public area.  There is no security overnight so you are setting up at your own risk. 
     
    SHIPPING AND PACKAGES:
     
    Packages should be shipped directly to the Resort.

    Goodie Bag Packages should arrive to the Resort on Wednesday, Feb 19th, 2025 to be in time for the Goodie Bags. 
     
    POWER:
     
    Power is not available in the area where Vendors are setup. 
     
    RAFFLE PRIZE: 
    Each year we have a raffle on Sunday morning at breakfast for those volunteers that have completed their EXPO Passport. We are hoping that you will be able to donate to this raffle. When registering, please let us know if you will be able to donate an item or two to the raffle.

    Sponsorship for Friday Night Reception: Our Friday night reception will be held in the Game On sports bar in the Nugget Casino. We are asking $8500 to sponsor. This gets you lots of mentions as the sponsor of the event. You get your single table, for the Saturday vendor show included. You get time during the event to address all our participants. If you want to have games, or competitions, giveaways, or banners during the event we can discuss all of that. We will also promote you in our emails to all our volunteers as the sponsors for the Friday night reception. there will be no less than three more emails going to all the volunteers in Sections 2/9/12 which amount to around 20,000 people.
