    Welcome to the AYSO Sections 2, 9, 12 EXPO!

    You will need to create an account with the site before you are able to register. You can add the name of the company contact and then answer a few questions then you are in! Should you need help please contact Duston Denver at sd@aysosection2.org with screenshots of your issues. 
     
    VENDOR EVENT DAYS AND HOURS: 

    The EXPO Vendor Showcase is March 6-7

    Hours:

       Friday:

          Setup 7am-9am

          Showcase 9am-5pm

          Reception 6pm-8pm

       Saturday:

          Showcase 8am-4:30pm

          Breakdown 5pm-7pm

    Our Friday Evening Reception will start at 6pm. Vendors are encouraged to be present and participate in the reception. More information to follow.

     
    We will be offering 10ft spaces to visit with our volunteers. A Single space is $650 and a Double space is $1,300. Please choose the box that will correspond with what you are needing for your company. 
     
     
    SHIPPING AND PACKAGES:
     
    Packages should be shipped directly to the Resort.  Vendors are 100% responsible for any fees the resort charges for handling.  Vendors are responsible for any pickup or drop off for items getting shipped back.

    Attendee Goodie Bags:
     
    Any items that you want to have put in the Attendee goodie bags need to Arrive no later than Wednesday March 4th, 2026. If you have marked participation in Goodie Bags, you will be sent an email with the address to pre-ship items to. 
     
    Please note:  Vendors who do not provide an item for the goodie bags or the raffle will not be included in the Vendor Passport raffle game for Attendees. 
     
    POWER:
     
    Power will be available in the vendor area. Please let us know if you require power, so we can ensure you are placed near an outlet. 
     
    RAFFLE PRIZE: 
     
    Each year we have a raffle on Sunday morning at breakfast for those volunteers that have completed their EXPO Passport. We are hoping that you will be able to donate to this raffle. When registering, please let us know if you will be able to donate an item or two to the raffle.  
     
    Please note: Vendors who do not provide an item for the raffle will not be included in the Vendor Passport raffle game for Attendees.

    Sponsorship for Friday Night Reception: Our Friday night reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Nugget Casino Resort. We are asking $8500 to sponsor. This gets you lots of mentions as the sponsor of the event. You get a double space in the vendor area, for the vendor show included. You get time during the event to address all our participants. If you want to have games, or competitions, giveaways, or banners during the event we can discuss all of that. We will also promote you in our emails to all our volunteers as the sponsors for the Friday night reception. there will be no less than three more emails going to all the volunteers in Sections 2/9/12 which amount to around 20,000 people.
